Zoya was very professional and friendly. She carefully explained every step and always asked if the pressure and the heat was ok for me. The products did not feel irritating although I have sensitive skin. The removal of the blackheads was less aggressive than what I have experienced in other salons, as I did not get any wounds. The atmosphere was very cozy and clean. I will def come again, thank you!
