Appointment was first postponed to 8:30 p.m., then called earlier, as the cosmetician said her grown son wanted evening plans. Advised to switch from €89 chemical peel to priciest treatment, microneedling (€219, discounted to €189). Treatment felt rushed, with hard sell pressure for a 45-min Gua Sha and overpriced products; €10 mask sold at the drugstore for €6. Focus seemed more on upselling than care.
