The Hairdresser did not know about my appointment, treated several clients at once without paying a special attention to any, asked the man (her husband?) to wash my hair while she switched to another client and refused to dry my hair even thought it was included in my booking. Moreover, the general atmosphere where not nice and stressed. I hope you can improve your services and treat clients with respect and kindness in the future.
