Best nail salon in Berlin. The technicians are talented, friendly, and always do a great job. The only downside is the booking process. I was once directed to WhatsApp and never received a reply, and another time my appointment was double-booked due to a misunderstanding. Since booking through Treatwell I haven’t had any issues. Amazing nails, but customer service and appointment management could be improved.
