I has an appointment at 7:30 p.m. and waited about 15 minutes, which was fine. However, the staff member seemed agitated and rushed through the manicure. My main concern was hygiene: she took tools from another table that I had seen being used on another customer and did not disinfect them before my treatment. I had to hand her an alcohol spray before she used them. My cuticles were cut too deeply and bled slightly.. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
