They were 15 min late with my appointment, which I find a bit too much. It felt a bit chaotic, because there were so many people already getting their nails done and also many people waiting and not enough space in the waiting area. There wasn’t very good communication on when they would be able to start or how late they would be. However once they started and I told them I was running late, they tried to go fast for me.
