Went to get Shellac removed, had my nails filed with the grinder so much that they are soft as fabric right now. Not all the paint was removed so i have bits at every nail edge. I didn’t ask the employee to fix it because I just wanted out of there! The soak didn’t work but the acetone was so strong that my fingers are dry and peeling still, 3 days after the appointment. ☹️ I guess you get what you pay for…
