Let the customer know beforehand if a service comes at an additional cost. You can’t provide a service and only tell the client at the payment stage that there is more to pay, especially when this is not written anywhere. By the way, Ombré Farbe / Cat’s Eye at €44 is nowhere to be found in the price list. This lack of clarity is off-putting and made me feel like I was taken for a fool. Not nice.
