I had my haircut with the older person at the shop. I showed a picture of what I wanted and explicitly told him that I wanted it short on the sides. At the end the length was not as I had desired and asked him to please make it shorter, to what he replies very angrily that he did as the picture said and it was double work. He them reluctantly did it. I think this is awful service as I even had reserved the time slot and the most expensive "experience" of 28 euros. For that little cut he added 3 extraeuro

Der Chef, Hassan kam 50 min nach dem mit Treatwell gebuchten Termin in den Salon. Auf den Hinweis, dass ich als Hochschwangere Frau es nicht schön finde, solange mir FFP2 Maske im verauchten Salon zu warten, wurde ich darauf hin gewiesen, dass 3 Kunden auch warten müssten und ein Haarschnitt seine Zeit brauche. Mein 4 jähriger Sohn musste, trotz Hinweis, dass er große Angst hat, ohne seine Mama die Haare geschnitten bekommen, weil das ja sonst gegen die Regeln verstoßen würde. Sehr unsympathisch
