Höfliche Mitarbeiter, keine Wartezeiten. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Man wird nicht schnell abgefertigt, sondern der Friseur nimmt sich voel Zeit und gibt sich Mühe.

So this was kind of a rollercoaster. So first of all, my hair turned out great and I am happy with it. Despite that I have to deduct one star because of some issues I had. The woman treating me appeared to be a little confused or unorganised. She was kind but also a little rude whole handling my hair. I have a very sensitive scalp so bleaching is always a pretty difficult thing because of the stinging sensation. When I pointed the pain out to her she brushed it away as if it was normal and then misunderstood me and instead of being a little more cautious, she scratched my scalp really hard everytime she comes my hair. So all in all not the most relaxing experience I had. There were other smaller issues, too like the weird choice of techno music or the really uncomfortable chairs at the sinks but again... I came in with the most messed up hair ever (and it was absolutely my mistake) and she fixed it. I really like how it turned out. Price for value is pretty good and overall I totally recommend.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
Ich musste trotz Termin lange warten um dann zu erfahren, dass Ayfer lieber eine Braut frisieren möchte als mich zu bedienen. Ein anderer Friseur übernahm mich dann, war aber mit meinem Schnittwunsch total überfordert. Im Endeffekt ist es schief und nicht so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Nie wieder
