Michelle was very professional, helpful, smart, and a pleasure to experience as a stylist. She reminded me of very positive experiences at a few Aveda Institutes (3) that I have had in the U.S. After many non-Aveda experiences in Berlin, I finally felt comfortable and in very good hands with such things as a very relaxing scalp massage and thoughtful explanations of how and why she was Calligraphy cutting my hair. Thank you! I look forward to experiencing the new location on Clayallee!
