I loved that I was able to book such a high-quality salon on a short-notice/emergency basis! They were running slightly behind so my appointment started late, but we actually finished earlier than expected so no issue there. They serve nice coffee while you wait, and the salon environment is lovely. My stylist Hadi was extremely competent, professional and so nice! He asked me several questions about my hair, personality and preferences, and his intuition was amazing. I left feeling myself again - he totally fixed many of the problems caused by my last salon experience. They use lovely Shu Uemura hair products (which I ended up purchasing because I loved them so much). I will definitely be back! I'm so relieved to have found a great salon in Berlin since I have just moved here.
