Even though I was late for my appointment, I was still seen promptly, and even though I could not speak German, I wrote in translate what I needed, and got exactly that. I had a bad haircut from another place that felt desperate, but the Andos team managed to fix it perfectly! I'm very happy with the results and professionalism, I will definitely be back. Also worth praise is the young praktikant who took great care of the cleanliness and the customers!

Waschbecken voller Haare, Kein „Hallo, wir sind gleich bei dir - möchtest du was trinken“. Stattdessen wurde man erstmal 30min ignoriert und als man dran war, wurde man involviert.
Der normale Haarschnitt war in Ordnung. Föhnen mit den Händen.
10% Rabatt für Neukunden gab es auch nicht - obwohl das so vor der Tür angepriesen wird. Naja.
