The master refused to do the service I booked - overall colouration with some highlights. She said it would cost 400 euros and take 6h to do. My hair is thick, went just below shoulder blades, she cut 10 cm of it and still charged me a 100 euros extra of the maximum price for the maximum length presented on the website. 250 euros for a glossing and a hair cut. The colour wasn’t what I showed her. She was slow and took another client during my time slot while I waited with a hair mask on.To avoid
