I got impression that he doesn’t know how to do perm. Even though I washed my hair 48hrs+ later and have been using curl cream & conditioner, I barely see any curl on my hair. Also nobody recognized my perm, my friends said that it’s a scam 😂 but that is too harsh words. The designer is really kind and nice, I think he tried his best. Maybe he is good at other treatment.
