War das 2. Mal bei Frieda für eine Balayage und Schnitt. Ich bin wieder total begeistert. Sehr schöner Verlauf der Aufhellung. Sehr gute Beratung und sie gibt sich viel Mühe, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Bis bald :)

Ich hatte dieses Mal das Gefühl, dass Frieda nicht richtig zugehört und meine Wünsche alle ignoriert hat. Häufig hat sie gesagt, dass es so wie ich es mir wünsche nicht gut aussehen würde. Ich habe mich die gesamte Zeit über sehr unwohl gefühlt.

I had higher expectations from a place with such high ratings. This was a very typical experience, nothing special. Payments are not easy. When I left, my hair looked terrible because she was only obligated to dry it - I didnt expect a blowout, but a little effort would have been appreciated. Instead I wish I had a hat when I left.
