A big disappointment. I booked one hour. I was there 30 minutes. I booked the new haircut, and I clearly estated that I would like a haircut that everyone sees I have a haircut. Robert insisted in cutting it straight. I said I wanted waves, and the very same day in the afternoon the bad made waves were gone. This is just my personal experience. During the time there, another woman got a very good haircut from Sascha and with her they took their time. I will never come back again.
