She was quite rough with my hands and fingers as she did the manicure, at times a little painful. It seemed like she tried to get it done super quick instead of looking for quality.

This treatment is not completely accurate. There is no massage included with the service. Additionally, the atmosphere is lacking. No music playing. Overall, just basic. My nails do look nice though!
