Habe eine andere Mitarbeiterin bekommen als gebucht. Alter dunkelroter Lack wurde nachlässig entfernt und schaute an den Seiten noch durch als der neue hellrote Lack aufgetragen wurde. Die Mitarbeiterin war nett aber nicht sehr kompetent.

Absolutely terrible. I was kept waiting half an hour. The beautician was apparently "running late" but no time given when she would arrive. I could wait no longer after 30 minutes with no end in sight, and given the "service" and attitude of the staff I did not want to make a new appointment for this salon. However, the salon could not manage to refund me as the payment was made in advance via Treatwell. They also could not cancel the appointment. So I am now out of pocket and have to contact Treatwell to get my money back. I 100% would not recommend this salon and will not be going back.
