unfortunately this appointment was not a positive one - the manicurist immediately doubted me and made me feel really uncomfortable within a minute of starting the removal of the previous gel. she filed the nails really thin so it was burning more than half of the time. now they are very bendy and pointy so whenever i do something with my hands my nails completely bend which isnt what i want after a professional manicure.
