After my appointment, they asked me if it would be okay for me if they canceled my booking. I was confused by the request, but I agreed, as I understood that this was simply an administrative matter on their end. They did not explain that cancelling the booking would result in me being marked as a no-show or that it would affect my Treatwell profile.
While the treatment itself was good, I find this unacceptable. I feel that I was misled about the consequences of cancellation.
