Das Bild unreiner Haut wird verbessert, Pickel und Narben (auch Aknenarben) werden gemindert. Mathias erz&auml;hlt uns: &bdquo;Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Durchblutung gef&ouml;rdert wird und die Feuchtigkeit so besser gespeichert werden kann &ndash; die Elastizit&auml;t der Haut verbessert sich. Auch die Kollagenproduktion nimmt zu. Ein toller Anti-Aging-Effekt.&rdquo;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>&bdquo;Bei richtiger Anwendung von AHA-S&auml;ure gibt es keine Nebenwirkungen oder Nachteile. Aber auch gegen die Zeichen der Zeit ist BHA-S&auml;ure sehr wirksam und wird daher gerne im Anti-Aging-Bereich angewendet.&nbsp; BHA-Peelings sind so wirksam, dass sie Hautprobleme wie z.B. Gerstenk&ouml;rner mindern k&ouml;nnen, jedoch gleichzeitig sanft und beruhigend genug, um auch bei empfindlicher und zu Rosazea-neigender Haut zum Einsatz zu kommen.&rdquo;<\/p>\n\n<p>Ein Nachteil k&ouml;nnte sein, dass es bei der Anwendung zu einer sogenannten Erstverschlimmerung kommen kann. Keine Panik, das ist v&ouml;llig normal, denn es zeigt, dass das Peeling wirkt. Vor&uuml;bergehendes Brennen und leichte R&ouml;tungen k&ouml;nnen auch bei der BHA-S&auml;ure auftreten. Man k&ouml;nnte zum Beispiel beide &uuml;bereinander nutzen &ndash; dann aber erst die BHA-S&auml;ure nutzen, weil diese fettl&ouml;slich ist und in der Tiefe der Poren wirkt. Nach kurzer Einwirkungszeit kann dann die AHA-S&auml;ure auftragen werden, da sie an der Oberfl&auml;che arbeitet. Ansonsten k&ouml;nnte man auch mit BHA am Morgen und AHA am Abend arbeiten. Grunds&auml;tzlich rate ich aber davon ab, als Laie in der Heimanwendung pure Fruchts&auml;ure aufzutragen.
