upon arriving, they cannot find my booking from treatwell. they look for voucher and payment confirmation. showed them the confirmation email but took a long time before the rezeptionist approved.
in the end the rezeptionist was the one who gave me the massage. im not even sure if she really do massages. she left the door open while massage on going so she can as well do her job as receptionist. some guests requesting coffee, towels during the massage. so unprofessional!
staff not friendly. massage room not very relaxing. just white room.
will never return here and have second thoughts using treatwell again on my next booking.
Unfortunately I would give only 3 starts to the treatment. The main problem was the woman at the reception who wasn´t competent at all. FIrst of all, she wasnt welcoming and polite. I had to send her my confirmation from Treatwell by email, and it took around 20 minutes, because she "didn´t have it in the mail" (which is not quite my problem). Secondly, I had to wait for getting my massage for about 10 minutes. Thirdly, and quite shocking, was the following. As soon as I was about to get my massage from the specialist in the room, this woman comes and tells me that I will have to wait 1 hour to get my massage, because somehow she doesn´t have a "confirmation" for it in my system and she tells me that I (!) should have done it somehow. I guess this is not my problem at all, and when I buy a coupon on Treatwell my service is completely organized by the organisation. So I obviously refused to leave and wait for 1 hour and got my treatment, but my mood was spoiled very much by this woman. I advise Radisson Blu staff management to pay attention to this incident. I unfotunately didnt remember staff name, it was an Asian woman.
The massage itself was ok, but nothing special at all, I expected more from this place. Spa facilities are also on OK level, definitely not something extra.
